Don’t want a home survey? Send us a video via Whatsapp for a speedy estimate
Whilst we prefer to visit and carry out a brief home survey to quote for your move, we appreciate that some customers are too pressed for time or would prefer a quicker alternative. If you would rather not have to have a home survey, we are able to accept videos of the property via Whatsapp on the number shown. This number is our business Whatsapp so you can record a simple walk-through video on your phone highlighting what is to be moved and then simply send via Whatsapp and you will receive an estimate back within 24 hours.
This is a really useful option if you are relocating to Devon from elsewhere where we obviously can’t visit you to quote. It also suits busy households and those who are not comfortable allowing visitors into their homes.
Key things to include in the video:
A clear video showing each room and what needs to be moved
Point out any particular items that are to stay
A quick shot of outside the property so we can see access and parking suitability
If you want a packing service then please show inside cupboards, wardrobes etc so we know how much packing is required
Remember to include gardens, sheds and garages if applicable
This will provide us with enough information to estimate your removal costs. We may ask to follow-up with a visit before the move to confirm everything if suitable.
